¯ A deputy opened an investigation on June 6 in Muskingum Township in reference to disorderly conduct.
¯ Deputies were dispatched on June 6 to 7350 Veto Road, Dunham Township, for a break and enter.
Witnesses reported that two men were in a gray Chevrolet truck in a garage belonging to the owners.
The men were observed carrying a jack out of the garage and, after being yelled at, the pair quickly jumped into the truck and drove off.
It was determined that a Polaris razor, generator, air compressor, various tools and various other items were missing.
Deputies continued to investigate which led them to Lake Road where deputies observed the Chevy truck passing by their location. A traffic stop was carried out on the vehicle with two occupants being Jason Wayne Allman and Daniel Lloyd Lott. Inside the bed of the truck were an air compressor and a generator.
Lott said he and Allman entered the garage on Veto Road and took the items. Lott said he drove the Polaris to Lake Road and hid it in the wooded area. Allman said Lott asked him to drive the truck to the Veto Road garage where he was going to steal the Polaris.
Allman denied any involvement or knowledge of the stolen items. Daniel Lloyd Lot, 36, of 705 Thomas Court, Belpre, and Jason Wayne Allman, 39, of 33705 Bailey Run Road, Pomeroy, are both charged with breaking and entering, theft and tampering with evidence, all of crimes.

¯ Units responded on June 6 at 714 Devola St. in Muskingum Township to a complaint about dogs on the loose and a fawn killing. The dog’s owner, Troy Lee, said his two largest dogs escaped from their fenced yard, but he was unaware they had killed a deer. A deputy requests that a subpoena be issued to Troy R. Lee, 50, for failing to master.
¯ A deputy responded on June 7 at 105 Woodcrest Lane, Marietta Township, to a 911 call indicating “Send Someone Now”then hang up.
After investigation, it was determined that William Simpson and Stefanie Simpson had argued and were physical with each other before leaving the residence.
After completing the investigation, it was determined that a subpoena would be sought for William Joseph Simpson, 41, and Stefanie Ann Simpson, 28, for disorderly conduct.
